Category 3 blackwater is a health hazard, not a cleaning job. Our Sewage Cleanup crews arrive in full PPE and follow IICRC S500 protocol from the first step, not just the parts that are convenient.

Removing porous materials that contacted blackwater isn't a cost-cutting decision — it's a safety standard, since carpet, pad, and drywall simply can't be fully sanitized after Category 3 contact.
None of this changes for a small job either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room sewage cleanup call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when sewage cleanup gets handled by a generalist instead of a specialist.
S500 governs PPE, containment, and disposal on every Category 3 call we take.
The affected area gets isolated before removal starts to prevent cross-contamination.
Disposal records are provided as part of your job file.
We treat contamination emergencies with urgency, since delay raises exposure risk.
Every part of sewage cleanup work below carries the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
Classification determines PPE level and which materials must be removed, not left to guesswork.
Extraction happens under full PPE with controlled disposal of the contaminated water.
This is a safety call based on contamination science, not a cost-cutting shortcut.
Disinfection follows removal of unsalvageable materials, covering the entire affected zone.
We treat the contamination causing the smell rather than deploying an air freshener.
The space gets verified against a safe standard before we call the job complete.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified sewage cleanup result.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Sewage Cleanup jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
A technician assesses the scope on-site and provides a written flat-rate quote before any work begins.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
We don't cherry-pick which sewage cleanup jobs get reviewed — this is a representative cross-section.
"Basement bathroom backup got full PPE handling and a clear explanation of why certain materials had to go."
Genevieve K., Moscow"Professional and thorough despite an unpleasant situation."
Silas D., Moscow"They handled contamination classification and disposal paperwork for our insurance claim without us even having to ask."
Ines M., Moscow"Full containment meant we could reopen the rest of the dining room the same evening."
Bartholomew F., MoscowThese are the questions we hear most often about sewage cleanup, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Our sewage cleanup coverage spans 18444, with crews positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Moscow address isn't treated as a lower priority for sewage cleanup.
Service boundaries are based on realistic response time, not an arbitrary line on a map.
